Ravi Kurup is the Chairman & Managing Director of ALDEC (Academy of Language Development for Effective Communication). He is an accomplished individual with a remarkable career spanning over four decades. Born and brought up in Mumbai, Ravi Kurup pursued his formal education at Mumbai University, earning an M.A. in Economics and an MBA in Marketing.
Ravi has had a career that evolved across various industries. His core skill lies in marketing. He has achieved exceptional success in this field. He has a passion for teaching and language development. This led him to spend the last 25 years teaching Communicative English. He has been helping individuals and professionals communicate with confidence and clarity.

Ravi is not only a seasoned educator but also a published author. He has authored two books on Communicative English, offering deep insights into language development. His most recent book, ‘Etiquette’, delves into the subtle art of professional conduct and communication. Ravi is presently creating indigenous rhymes. These rhymes are tailored to meet the specific needs of his clientele. This work further enhances his versatile contributions to language education.

This includes China, Singapore, Malaysia, and Hong Kong. He has also taught throughout the Middle East. Ravi has conducted training programs in various parts of India, including Gujarat, Pune, Mumbai, Jaipur, Coimbatore, and others. In Kerala alone, he has empowered over 90,000 teachers, enriched their skills and expanded their teaching potential.
